Bayshore Child Care Services Partners with Peninsula Family Service

Glen Brooks, Peninsula Family Service Interim Executive Director, said, “This partnership is a great step forward for all of us and will result in continued quality services for children in Daly City and across the Peninsula.” Ann Sims, the beloved founder of Bayshore Child Care Services, handpicked Peninsula Family Service because of its extensive experience and history as a provider of quality child development services and programs. With her Board of Directors, Ann felt that transitioning Bayshore under the umbrella of another organization with a similar mission would provide more continuity of leadership and preserve program quality.

“I have been leading Bayshore Child Care Services for over 35 years,” noted Ann Sims.  “We have built an outstanding program that provides child care services to the Daly City community.  I wanted to make sure that when I retired, Bayshore would continue to provide the same level of quality service after I left and I am thrilled that Bayshore will now be operating under the umbrella of Peninsula Family Service and maintain our long-standing values and traditions.”
