Get Free Child Supervision for Court Dates

If you need childcare to appear in court or to take care of court-related business, the Children’s Waiting Room program can provide you with free, on-site care while you attend to your obligations.

Many parents and guardians are not aware of this unique service. If you or someone you know could benefit from this free drop-in care, call the numbers listed below for more information.

Children’s Waiting Rooms are operated in partnership with the San Mateo County Superior Court, and provide care on a first-come, first served basis. The program welcomes children aged two and a half and up. (Children must be potty-trained).

This is a free, drop-in childcare facility.
