Peninsula Family Service to Partner with Lyft

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Lyft to help older adults access the resources they need to stay independent. Through Lyft’s new “Concierge” platform, Peninsula Family Service can schedule rides for our participants, many of whom don’t have the smartphones necessary to use ride-sharing services. Though we currently offer taxi vouchers and connections to Redi Wheels, Concierge will provide participants with a greater level of flexibility and ease-of-use at absolutely no cost.…

For the fifth time, The Sobrato Family Foundation has awarded Peninsula Family Service one of its coveted Challenge Grants. A Beautiful Day at Fair Oaks

In late June, our Fair Oaks Adult Activity Center opened its doors for a wonderful Open House. The event included live music, an art exhibition by the center’s Watercolor Class, a hands-on craft demonstration, and countless other exciting activities. Our Nonprofit Management Intern, Lisa, was on-hand to capture all the fun!
