Second Careers Employment Program
Being a resourceful professional, Henry enrolled with the NOVA Job Center in Sunnyvale and learned about the Mature Worker Job Coaching Program, a part of the Peninsula Family Service (PFS) Second Careers Program funded by Santa Clara County.

Learning Technology Skills to be Connected
This program creates a foundation of technology knowledge to enhance other vitally important PFS older adult services programs such as Senior Peer Counseling and Get Appy workshops, a part of the Help@Hand program.
The Heart of Our Community
This act of kindness has allowed some of our participants to pay their rent or their vehicle loan—something they otherwise would be unable to do because of the pandemic.
