CENSUS 2020: Question Assistance Center and COVID 19

2020 is the once-in-a-decade year of the Census and we want to make sure that EVERYONE COUNTS in our community. Throughout history, being counted in the Census is a right, a privilege, and a responsibility to strengthen our community. The Census determines allocations of federal funds for programs such as Head Start, Medicare/Medicaid, and the NCOA employment program, as well as congressional seats, all of which impacts funding for our programs.

Our Question Assistance Centers are CANCELED due to COVID 19
We will have updates after April 6, 2020

PFS has been funded by two community partners, Silicon Valley Community Foundation and the United Way Bay Area, to be an active leader in the Census. This funding enables us to train staff to host Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QAC) at three of our locations to assist our program participants and the public in completing their Census forms.
