Got Wheels! members get free rides to SFO for drive-through vaccination

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Effective immediately, members of Got Wheels! may take FREE round-trip rides for drive-through vaccination at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
Got Wheels! is the Peninsula Family Service affordable transportation program for residents of 12 cities. Members must be at least 70 years old and live in the following cities: Daly City, Colma, Brisbane, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, Montara, Moss Beach, El Granada and Half Moon Bay.
The no-cost limited membership provides members up to 6 one-way rides a month for $5 each one-way ride. However, the $5 fare to and $5 fare from SFO will be waived for members getting inoculated; they will remain in the Got Wheels! taxi through the process. Members must have their membership card to present to the driver. All other guidelines will be in effect.
The free rides are offered for drive-through vaccination at SFO only. Members must inform the dispatcher that they need a round-trip ride to SFO when they call to arrange the ride.
The free rides are available until further notice.
