Ada is a single mother of four children ages 9 months to 11 years old. She is fleeing domestic violence. Ada’s part-time job in a hair salon does not cover the costs of diapers and food for the family.

Stephanie and Lorenzo have two children under the age of 3. Lorenzo has a part-time job, while Stephanie stays home with the newborn. The baby was born with many disabilities, and the family is struggling to buy food and diapers.
