Early Learning Program Updates: AR 22

INVESTING IN OUR TEACHERS In late 2021, California passed a bill to include a cost of living adjustment to early learning reimbursement rates per child, in an effort to address inequities between the standard reimbursement rate and the regional market rate ceiling.
