Justin M. Wooley Marketing and Communications Strategist

A Chicago-land native, Justin graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s in Communications Journalism and graduate work in Urban Planning. Though his career started with approving building plans, it took a sharp turn after his brother passed away due to complications related to HIV/AIDS. For the next 15 years, Justin worked to build awareness for the disease, taking on roles as a diagnostics sales representative, federal grant administrator, public speaker, and public health marketer. Today, he is a proud stay-at-home dad who enjoys playing harmonica, a good game of tennis, and staying active with his church.

In 2016, Justin joined our Board of Directors to continue his mission of supporting diversity. With his help, we hope to promote our belief that everyone should be accepted and welcomed without regard to race, religion, age, language, abilities, sexual orientation or gender.

“We have all heard that “it takes a village to raise a child.” That “village” starts at Peninsula Family Service, a place where hard-working hands meet compassionate hearts!” –Justin M. Wooley
